マシンの入れ替え 完了しました！！！
旧VIA鯖と、新VIA鯖のマシンは 同一マシンを利用しておりました。
旧マシンと、新マシンのCPUやメモリ構成など、若干違いがありました。
旧VIA鯖
CPU XEON 3.4GHz x2(HT)
MEM 6GB
新VIA鯖
CPU XEON 2.8GHz x1(HT)
MEM 2GB
という構成でした。
今となっては、さほど速いマシンではありませんが、旧VIA鯖で運用していたマシンの方がパワー及びメモリ搭載量が多いので、新VIA鯖を移動します。
両方のマシンの電源を落とし、ディスクを交換します。
RAID Utilを出して、Configureし直します。← 冷や汗かきましたｗ
（同じマシンで同じRAID構成なので、何も変更せずに、SAVEだけします）
無事 両方のマシン共 起動できました。
mhitさんに教えていただきました。マシン構成が変わった場合 変更後のプロファイルを作成し直すこと。
# touch /reconfigure
# init 6
だそうです。

あと、すこしの調整で完全移行出来そうです！！！
